This first session takes place with the partners in the same room either with me or remotely. The purpose of this session is to better understand what struggles you're having, before laying out my therapy style and offering some recommended reading.
In your individual session I will learn more about you, your family history, and your relationship history. You will have time to share how to see the current relationship struggle.
After your individual session, we will meet together with you and your partner on a weekly basis to help you heal the relationship and develop the connections you long for.
